METAIRIE, Louisiana - Just a year after its founding, and without ever parading in Metairie, the Krewe of Hera has been removed from the Jefferson Parish Carnival parade schedule amid allegations of mismanagement, anger about the cancellation of a parade earlier this year and questions about a fundraising raffle.
